RETURN? IT'S EASY!

You have 30 days from the date of receiving the package to return (withdraw from the contract). Remember that in accordance with the law, you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.
The deadline for repayment may be up to 14 days. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction. If you chose the payment method "cash on delivery" in the original transaction, we will refund the payment to the bank account number indicated on the form.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

1 STEP
Use the online return form (only for registered customers, in the My orders tab) or the paper form that you will find in the shipment. You can also download and print the return form.
2 STEP
Carefully pack the returned goods and the completed return form (preferably to the box in which you received the goods).
3 STEP
The goods shall be sent back to the address:

ATTENTION! Shipments sent to an address other than the above will not be received.
4 STEP
If you are a registered user, you can take advantage of the free DHL courier return. To do this, log in to your account, find the order with the products you want to return and click "Report a return". After completing and approving the form, we will provide you with a link to order the courier to collect your return at our expense.

Unregistered customers return at their own expense.
5 STEP
You can also take the returned goods and the completed return form to one of our stationary stores. Give the goods and the form to the store employee and collect the return confirmation.
6 STEP
We will refund your money within no more than 14 days using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction. If you chose the payment method "cash on delivery" in the original transaction, we will refund the payment to the bank account number indicated on the form.

If you paid for the order via PayPal, you can get a refund for returning the goods. Check the details of the action on the PayPal website.

PERSONALIZED GOODS

In the case of ordering a personalized product (eg with an individual imprint), it is not possible to return the goods; legal basis: art. 38 point 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended). The printed product is also not subject to exchange.
