    Report a return / fill out the form

    You have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery. The goods must be in their original packaging and have all tags.

    Remember that under the law you are responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

    Do you have a customer account? Submit your return online!

    Simply access your purchase history, select the correct order and use the "Report Return" button. Fill in your details and a return form will appear in your account straight away.

    Remember to put the printed form in the return parcel together with the proof of purchase.

    Save time and return the goods to the store with proof of purchase, and the rest of the formalities will be handled on site.

    Remember to ask the staff to confirm the return!

    Leave the rest to us!

    We will transfer the funds to you within 14 days.

    We will notify you by email when we receive your package and then process your payment refund.

    Please note that it may take 2-3 business days for your deposit to be posted to your account, depending on your bank.

    You will receive payment in the same way you paid for your order.

    Note

    The stationary shop does not pay cash on the spot, we will also transfer the funds to you by bank transfer.

    Additional information, regarding the return of various forms of payment, can be found below:

    • Cash on delivery order:

      If you paid for your order on delivery, don't forget to tell us your transfer details. We will transfer the reimbursement to your specified bank account.

    • PayPo payment:

      Have you chosen deferred payment? All you have to do is make the return and we'll take care of all the paperwork and billing for you! Check out how PayPo works.

    • Partners Club points:

      If you have paid for part of the returned order with your Partners Club points, the points will be refunded to your account after 14 days from the day of accepting the return. Information on how the program works can be found here.

    • Gift card:

      Remember not to throw away the gift card, we will transfer the refund to your card and extend its expiry date.

    • PayPal payment:

      If you paid for your order through PayPal, you may receive a shipping refund for returning the item. Details can be found on the PayPal. website.

    • Personalized products:

      Important! Ordered personalized goods (e. g. with individual imprint) are not returnable! Printed product is also not exchangeable. Legal basis: art. 38 item 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827 as amended).

    Report an exchange

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange. Exchanges of goods are available only for registered users, on the territory of Poland. The goods must be in their original packaging and have all tags.

    Remember that under the law you are responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

    You can exchange the product to:

    • Different size
    • Other model - applies only to goods of the same value as the product purchased

    How do I apply for an exchange?

    Just go to your order history, select the correct order and use the "Report Return" button. Fill in the necessary details and you will receive the completed exchange form straight away.

    Important!

    The stationary store does not have the ability to exchange goods on site. Send back or return your purchase and we will give you the product, as an exchange, via shipping.

    Pick up your exchange package

    We will begin processing the exchange once we receive your order back.

    We will email you when we receive your return package and process the new order created by the exchange. The processing time for exchanges is the same as for a standard order.

    Requesting an exchange does not guarantee the reservation of the selected product.

    In case of lack of the chosen, in the exchange of goods, the return of the payment will be automatically ordered.

Important!

The free return is only available within Poland. Merchandise exchanges are for domestic orders.

  • Step 1

    Log in to your customer account and select the "Orders" tab and then use the "Details" button.

  • Step 2

    You will find a "Report Return" button below the shipping information.
    Use it and select one of the available options

    • I want to return
    • I want to change the size
    • I want to change the model

    Model exchange is only available for products of the same value as the goods ordered.

  • Step 3

    Fill in the transfer details and select the reason for the return.
    Transfer details are also required when requesting an exchange.

    Important!

    Requesting an exchange does not guarantee the reservation of the selected product.

    If an exchange cannot be processed, you will receive notification from us and an immediate refund of your payment.

  • Step 4

    Confirm your request with the "Report Return Goods" button.
    You will see a ready-made return/exchange form on the website, which we will also send you by email.

    Carefully pack your order and send it back to the address:
